China 123 Express is a new fast-casual Chinese restaurant getting ready to open at 2200 W Cervantes St. We're focused on a simple idea: flavorful Chinese meals, served quickly, with cold specialty drinks to go with them.

We're building a menu around the Chinese-American plates people already reach for — chicken entrées, beef and seafood, fried rice, lo mein, vegetables and combination plates you can put together your way.
Alongside the food, we're pouring fresh fruit cocktails, milkshakes, refreshers and coffee, so a meal and a cold drink come from the same counter.
We haven't opened yet. Our menu, hours and opening date are still being finalized, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than guess. Everything will be published here before our first day.
